It depends on the product. Most items have a minimum of 25 units, though some products (like gift boxes) start from just 5. We'll always be upfront about minimums when we present options.
Standard production is 10β14 working days from artwork approval. Express 5-day production is available on many products for an additional charge. We'll always confirm lead times before you confirm your order.
Yes β and we encourage it. We can provide unbranded samples of most products so you can assess quality before committing. Branded pre-production samples are also available for larger orders.
Absolutely. Our Eco Range contains 400+ products made from recycled, organic or sustainably sourced materials. Every order also plants a tree through our Ecologi partnership, and we offer carbon-neutral shipping on all shipments.
Once you've confirmed your order, your Consultant will send a secure upload link. We accept most file formats, and our artwork studio can clean up or vectorise your logo if needed β all included at no extra charge.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for the best print quality, but we also accept PDF, PNG and JPEG. Our studio can work with almost anything β just send what you have and we'll take it from there.
